Viki worked with us to find a house with everything we wanted and more in a super short time frame. We where expecting our first baby and we couldn't start the house buying process until I was 6 months along. Viki was there for everything and more. Even after we closed on the house she was there to help us get in contact with the right people for repairs. She went above and beyond her job as a realtor to make sure we had what we needed. She even helped us celebrate our little one by getting her some gifts. She truly cares about her clients.

As a single Mom; it is hard to find someone can work with your schedule, and get easily frustrate ; but not Victoria; she was very patient and understanding , and has a very positive attitude .

If you looking buy a first house, this is the best team for the job. Fully bilingual (English-Spanish) and give you honest advice through the whole process. Very satisfied with the service, above beyond expectations. My little one got sick in San Antonio and Victoria with no hesitation went to the hospital with my wife and stayed with her the whole time until my daughter got release. This was our first time working with Victoria, an associate of Cesar Amezcua whom we've always worked with in the past. In our price range, we found a lot of competition. First round of home viewing were selections that we made off our home search criteria. She guided us through home tours, with great preparedness. We made a an offer on a home, which I'm confident she helped us ensure was competitive for the home. Unfortunately, we lost the first offer and were a bit dismayed with the remaining selection.
Victoria took that first experience of running through homes with us, getting to know our tastes, the location we were shooting for, and guided us to through another 2 homes, both of which we put offers on. The home she was able to get us into was the best one we saw and checked off every mark on our list. This was a multiple offer home, so her recommendation for the offering price was both effective and right on the mark when appraisal came through ensuring that everything remained within our budget.
Once under contract Victoria negotiated aggressively to get us a good amount of necessary updates before taking the home as our own to including minor repairs to some plumbing (no hot water to the garden tub), a new roof (original was present and acceptable per the inspection), and recent service to the A/C units. These additional items were not personally expected but greatly improved the value proposition of this service.
Aside from her professional performance, she is a kind, patient person, and ultimately leaves you feeling assured that she's out to get you into a home that she would get for herself. She will tell you when there are details that concern her and what the next steps are. While this is my second time around, this was the first for my fiance and we are both very excited to move in. I'd highly recommend Victoria to anyone looking to find their next home.

An amazing transaction. There were plenty of times where I had given up on the home search, but if it wasn't for Victoria I'd still be stuck in another lease. She listens to your wants, then prioritizes your needs with plenty of tact to you when you're "reaching for the stars".
